QA Administration

* Primary function

1. Quality monitoring of raw material till finished product.

2. Support QS team to provide internal information

3. Daily / weekly / monthly internal KPI report.

4. Claim documentary assistance

5. Enforce the code of conduct.

6. 5S execution and control, and code of conduct implementation.

7. Follow the company's safety, environment protection and firefighting policy and requirement.

8. Report the quality and environment system within own management scope.

9. Report integration of environmental and quality management systems

1. Extent of competence: College or university.

2. Relevant experience the position required

• Min 1 years' experience in tannery or shoes factory.

• Be familiar with the product manufacturing process.

3. Required skills

• Good at English / Chinese skill, including writing, speaking, reading, translation.

• Good at office computer skill, including the operation of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Familiar with the company business procedure of each functional department & product manufacturing process.

• Skillful at data statistical analysis, teamwork.
