• Search, evaluate and select suitable international suppliers according to the company's requirements.
• Negotiating prices, trade terms, contracts and delivery conditions (Incoterms).
• Monitoring orders, production progress, shipping schedules and ensuring goods are delivered on time and with quality.
• Working with logistics partners, forwarders, customs to handle import procedures.
• Managing and storing international purchasing documents (contracts, invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, etc.).
• Update information on international markets, raw material price trends, import-export policies.
• Coordinating with relevant departments (accounting, warehouse, engineering, etc.) to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Graduated from College/University majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Logistics or related fields.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in international purchasing or import-export.
• Good communication in English.
• Understanding of Incoterms, import-export documents and international payment procedures (T/T, L/C ...).
• Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Email ...).
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
