Purchasing Executive (ID 20088)

Our customer is a Vietnamese company, now looking for Purchasing Executive ($700, ID20088):

• Receive purchasing requests and execute procurement activities in compliance with company procedures.
• Source, evaluate, and develop potential suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, and finalize contracts with vendors.
• Manage purchase orders and track delivery progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments and handle supplier/customer complaints when necessary.
• Review payment documents and verify legal documentation for new products and suppliers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

• Male/Female, under 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical or related fields).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement positions.
• Written English skills (emails, documents for international purchasing).
• Proficient in MS Office and database management systems.
• Strong knowledge of materials, consumables, and tools procurement.
• Good understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms 2000, 2010).
• Solid knowledge of both local and international purchasing processes.
• Familiar with international payment methods and related regulations.
• Understanding of legal procedures related to domestic purchasing and import processes.
