Trade Finance Operation Staff - Corporate Title: Analyst (Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City)

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for smooth processing/ handling of Trade Finance transactions as assigned by the Team leader or Department Head. Demonstrate high level of accuracy and understanding levels of the transactions. Assist Team leader / Department Head in overall activities of the team. Responsible for preparing and sharing various report required for the department. Coordinate with releated Department for smooth conduct of transactions

Working location: MUFG Ho Chi Minh Branch

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

In charge of process/ execute daily operation including but not limieted to all types of trade finance transaction bellow as per procedures:

1. Trade Finance Operation:

• Trade Loan, supply chains, factoring, discounting

• Guarantee, SBLC

• Import L/C opening, amendment.

• Import Bill with L/C and or without L/C.

• Shipping guarantee

• Export L/C & amendment advise, confirmation.

• Negotiation of Export Bill with L/C and/or without L/C.

• Collection of Export Bill with L/C and/ or without L/C.

• Domestic LC discounting Non-Recourse.

• Vendor finance B/E discounting.

2. Others :

• Operate on core banking system relating Trade Finance Operation activities.

• Operate all kinds of SWIFT messages which relating to Trade Finance operations (including general telegraphic message).

• Preparation of related reports to the State Bank of Vietnam, the HO, the Management.

• Other assistance and services as required by Department Head .

• Depth knowledge of Trade Finance operation and banking products in particular export, import, bill collection, trade loan, supply chains, factoring, Letter of Credit, Standby Letter of Credit and Guarantee, trade loan ..etc.

• In Good knowledge ICC requirements latest version (including UCP, ISBP, URR, URC, Incoterm,...) and international payment methods.

• Good knowledge on local regulation related to Trade Finance including bank guarantee, LC, discounting, factoring, ….etc.

• Good team work spirit, communication and management skills.

• Well-organized, logical thinking, Dynamic and competency for working under pressure.

• University graduate in relevant fields (banking, finance, foreign trade, economics.)

• Strong PC skills (MS Office) and Good English

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Trade Finance operation in Banking industry.

• CDCS Certification would be preferred.
