The Job:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Commercial team. Your working hours will be 5 days/40 hours/week.


You’ll get to:

- Responsible for product technical support and service of the Vietnam market.

- Provide product selection, troubleshooting and servicing, technical support, and product training to customers and resellers located in Vietnam. Travel to customer with sale team is required.

- Collect customer demands, assist sales team in project progress tracking.

- Interact with internal and external customers on-site to provide best in class service and customers satisfaction. Teach and Hands on products is required.

- Communicate effectively with customers to promote products, know about the product issue and explain procedures, feedback and resolve customers complaints.

- Work with sale team and marketing team to edit product technical documents, develop training plans or key customers base on the need of product.

- Other tasks from Managers.


Yêu cầu công việc:

The Person:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field. Engineering degree would be a plus.

Experiences:

- Minimum 5 years as the same position in similar industry (Tools industry).

- Experience in similar technical support or technical sales role.

Skills / Personalities:

- The ability of understanding the need of the customers, establish confidence toward our products.

- Strong English skills and effective communication skills in Vietnamese.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Strong awareness of Code of Conduct

Other requirements:

- Driving licenses is a must as the incumbent will drive the company’s product demo van.

- Willingness to travel frequently (both domestically and internationally) for at least six months a year.
