Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Assist for manager to ensure the success of project and the development of subordinate.
  • Contribute to all aspects of the product development process, from specification and design, throughout testing, deployment and implement at customer side.

  • Participate in the decision making process regarding the selection, customization and support of the array of software engineering tools used by the engineering group.

  • Follow the direction of leader and line manager in researching new technology.

  • Create quality source code; document code and procedures thoroughly as prescribed by the engineering standards.

  • Cross review the quality of co-workers’ design and implementation.

  • Lead, coach Software Developer and review the quality of their design and implementation.

  • Assist leader to communicate with customer if any.

  • Report to Leader and Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 3~10 years’ experience in Java EE Developer and 1~3 years’ experience as Technical Leader (HTML/JavaScript/CSS, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, JPA or Hibernate, ANSI SQL or PostgreSQL)

  • JLPT N1/N2/N3/N4

  • Experience managing a team from 3 to 10 people

  • Good design documentation is required.

  • Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.

  • Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable.
