Project Site Engineer [Main Contractor]

Key Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progress meets project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.

• Technical Coordination: Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications; coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and material quality to comply with design requirements, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Progress & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site diaries, and project documentation for the Project Manager.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety requirements on site.

• Problem Solving: Identify technical or operational issues and propose timely, practical solutions.

• Cost & Resource Management: Support in managing materials, manpower, and equipment to optimize efficiency and control costs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in site engineering for large-scale construction projects (industrial, commercial, or infrastructure preferred).

• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical standards, and project management processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.

• Good command of English.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project schedules.
