Project Coordinator - Agency

• Project Coordination: Maintain timelines, task lists, and deliverable schedules across active client accounts — keeping all moving parts visible and on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between internal teams and external parties including vendors and client contacts, ensuring no one is left waiting on an update or unclear on the next steps.
• Documentation: Own project documentation: status reports, meeting notes, briefing summaries and decision logs that the whole team can rely on.
• Risk Management: Spot blockers and schedule risks early, raise them clearly and help find solutions before they compound.
• Client Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients as the agency portfolio grows, helping establish workflows and set expectations from day one.

PM Growth: Take on increasing ownership of individual accounts over time, with a defined path to full Project Manager responsibility as new contracts land.

• Project Management Experience: 3 years in a coordination, project management, or agency operations role.
• Organizational skills: You track the details others miss and keep multiple workstreams running without dropping threads.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal English. You write clearly and follow up proactively — no one should have to chase you.
• Ownership Mindset: Proactive and solutions-oriented. You identify problems and propose solutions without waiting to be asked.
• Da Nang Based: Ability to work on-site, full-time, in Da Nang, Vietnam.
• Trello or PM tools: Hands-on experience with Trello, Asana, Monday, or a similar project management platform.
• Google Sheets: Comfortable building and maintaining tracking sheets for timelines, budgets and resource planning.
• Agency or Creative Background: Prior exposure to a creative agency, production company, or marketing environment.
• International Client Experience: Experience working with or coordinating across international or B2B client accounts.
