Production & Material Planning Staff

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production & Material Planning Staff ($700, ID19498)

• Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts, confirmed orders, and available capacity.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure production schedules align with business goals.

• Monitor daily production progress, identify capacity issues, and adjust plans to meet delivery targets.

• Manage material requirements through ERP/MRP systems to ensure timely supply for production.

• Issue and track purchase orders, control inventory levels, and prevent shortages or overstock.

• Work with suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Optimize resource utilization and improve production efficiency through continuous monitoring and analysis.

• Male/Female, under 35 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in production or material planning in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
