Production Manager (Plastic/ Rubber)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, currently looking for aProduction Manager (Plastic/ Rubber, $2.000, ID 16072):

• Oversee all production and warehouse operations to ensure alignment with both customer expectations and company objectives.
• Define departmental organization, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance, training, and discipline to staff to maximize performance.
• Manage all aspects of production, including quality assurance, operational efficiency, cost management, lead time control, waste reduction, and workplace safety.
• Maintain and improve the 5S system to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Take the lead in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO management systems.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the BOD team.

• Male; Under 50 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent background).
• Minimum of 3 years in the Production Manager position in rubber/ plastic/ mechanical processing industries
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Good at English.
