Mô tả công việc:

Assist in developing and producing marketing materials, including POSM, promotional items, and merchandising tools.
Coordinate with suppliers and agencies to ensure timely production and distribution of marketing materials.
Monitor inventory and usage of marketing materials when required.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute events, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities according to approved plans.
Support logistics preparation, implementation, and post-event follow-up.
Assist in other ad-hoc marketing activities and campaigns as assigned.
Assist in preparing and submitting documents for advertising registration and approval in compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely approval of marketing materials and activities.
Consolidate and prepare monthly marketing activity reports across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
Track campaign implementation status and support performance data collection when required.
Maintain marketing activity records and documentation.
Prepare and process marketing-related documents, including proposals, agreements, purchase requests, payment requests, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of marketing projects and expenditures.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or pharmaceutical marketing support.
Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams is preferred.
Understanding of pharmaceutical advertising regulations is an advantage.
Strong coordination and project management skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good English communication skills are preferred.
