Product Development Specialist

• Receive the new develop project from customers to make sample and get customer confirmation
• Work with Tech team for creating the 2D T/P & send the 2D B/P to customer for approval, handling the comments then make sample to them.
• Collaborate with Tech team to open the sample Mold, Cutting die, HT logo, HF logo and/or Sublimation, Digital printing, Pad printing, direct printing artwork then build sample to customer for reviewing.
• Provide the quotation to customer (new projects or cost option for comparison) for best option prefer.
• Prepare full size sample for customer confirming before launch production to make sure there is NO any concern in production-line.
• Collaborate with Tech team/ Sample Room and work with customer to set up product tolerance to mass production follow up the standard approval.
• Handover development information to each department for mass production (relate team alignment).
• Check with customer for production forecast/ buy plan to help well prepare raw material needed.
• Transfer / receive tech package (PC, sample order, color swatch, Pattern file, Logo file, sublimation file, 2D mold file, Testing result and/or Product Exceptions, refer transferred SOP) to/ from OCN, OID, OIN, OSP to follow up the first-source’s produce.
• Review all trial samples before sending to customer to ensure matching their requirement sample.
• Hold PD new project evaluation meeting with other departments
• Handling customer complaints during development/ production regarding product development then inform to relate team for improving.
• Other task as assigned

1/ Education: College / Bachelor’s degree

2/ Experience: 4years of experience as the same role in a relevant footwear research & development.

3/ Foreign language:

- Englishgood communication

- Chinese basic

4/ Skills:

• Good communications.

• 2D, 3D drawing reading
• Basic Adobe photoshop, Rhinos software
