Chi Tiết Công Việc

Perform administrative and operational procurement tasks for the European purchasing team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in SAP (purchase orders, confirmations, material master data management, …)
Follow up with internal stakeholders and suppliers on pending documents, confirmations, and other operational matters.
Support the centralized procurement team by preparing reports, tracking activities, and ensuring proper documentation.
Ensure timely communication with European colleagues to align on priorities and ongoing tasks.
Contribute to process improvements and standardization across plants.

3–4 years of experience in Procurement Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing Support, or related functions.
Strong administrative, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong Excel skills.
Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written) to work with international stakeholders daily.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Candidates living in or near Binh Tan area are preferred.

Competitive salary up to VND 20,000,000 Gross/month.
Performance-based bonus upon achieving KPIs.
