Mô tả công việc:

Maestro Vietnam is a design & build and project management company specializing in high-end interior fit-out and construction projects. We are looking for a motivated Procurement Officer to join our growing team.

Source suppliers and subcontractors for construction and fit-out projects
Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Prepare purchase orders and follow up material delivery schedules
Coordinate with Project, QS, and Technical teams to ensure procurement requirements are met
Monitor supplier performance, delivery status, and material quality
Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and cost comparisons
Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction/interior fit-out industry
Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good command of Excel and procurement documentation
English communication is an advantage
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
