- Responsible for working as a Process Engineer

【Job description】
- Manage so that the actual production quantity of the mass production line will be obtained.
- Analyse the cause of the gap between the plan and the actual results, formulate measures to resolve the gap, and request the relevant departments.
- Explanation of technical issues and countermeasures to customers when the plan is not achieved.
- Escalation report inside and outside the company when a problem occurs. Vendor support request and follow-up.
- Facilitate to solve the problems of mass production equipment together with vendors and maintenance.
- Discuss equipment and process-related technical issues with customers
- FACA of equipment troubles and preparation and reporting of report materials to customers.

- Bachelor degree and above
- Minimum of 2 year experience as a Process Engineer.
- Good communication in English (TOEIC 600 ~ or IELTS equivalent certificate)
- Proficient Use in CAD (2D/3D).


- Strong skill in excel, word, and power point presentation.
