Thefollowingisintendedtodescribethegeneralnatureandlevelofworkbeingperformed.

However,youwillbeinclosecommunication withPricing team leader onfollowingtaskassignments:

Updating prices in the system and informing related departments.
Building good relationships with shipping lines and oversea agents
Checking schedules, available space, free time, local charges, and related issues.
Handling price-check inquiries from other departments.
Summarizing, analyzing, and comparing quotations from overseas agents.
Clarifying and explaining any pricing-related questions or issues.
Contacting overseas agents to offer company services and quotations to them.

Very proficient in English (all 4 skills, especially Speaking).
A strong understanding of logistics/import and export filed.
Dynamic and proactive with a readiness to travel for business purposes.
Overall understanding of Vietnamese culture/ geography/ cuisine in order to introduce them to agents
Negotiating, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowlegde of market trends and ability to stay updated.
Social drinking skills are advantageous.
Dedicated and passionate about the job.
Bachelor’sinLogistics/International Economics/Tradeorrelatedfield
English certification at a level comparable to TOEIC 685 or IELTS 6.5.
Experience in import/export or similar positions is an advantage
