Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Polymer Research and Development Engineer($1900, ID20068)

  • Develop and optimize formulations for composite materials.
  • Design and execute material property testing plans.
  • Set up and optimize extrusion process parameters.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of injection molding operations.
  • Support scale-up activities and mass production processes.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of compounding-related issues.
  • Coordinate effectively with external compounding vendors.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male/Female, under 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of R&D experience in the chemical industry, with mandatory expertise in Polymer Compounding.
  • Preferred experience in companies producing compounds for automotive and home appliance applications.
  • Solid understanding of standard testing methods (ISO/ASTM).
  • Good communication skills in English.
