- Check & follow all services related to each tour.

- Take note, change / amend services as request; Report Logistic Department.

- Personalization set-up for regular tours and incentive tours.

- Make money advance for tour guide; Make payment request for suppliers & send to Accounting department.

- Check all expenses with suppliers before they issue VAT invoice.

- Close file after tours and services finished.

- Other concerning tasks as assignment of Logistic Manager.

- College or University tourism graduated; English & Word / Excel skills are required.

- Experience 1 or 2 years working in tourism.

- Careful, sociable, enthusiastic in work, friendly with colleagues.
