2. Recruiting Positions:
- Marketing Co-Ordinator – 1 Person
- Contract terms: full-time, on-site, 6-month contract at least and to be extended.
3. Work location: Floor 3, The Vista building, No. 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
4. Working time: from Monday to Friday.
5. Time to start: As soon as possible, to be discussed.
6. Job description:
- Schedule and manage content across social media platforms (Website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, X, etc).
- Oversee marketing collateral and content management.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar.
- Develop and deploy SMS reactivation campaigns using AI frameworks.
- Provide tailored marketing support to individual practices as needed.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
- Understanding and ability to utilize AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
- Proficient in office skills, Microsoft 365.
- English skills: writing, reading & understanding, advanced communication skills are required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
