Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Process Development and Management: Establishing process flowcharts, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for production.
  • Production Optimization (Kaizen/Improvement): Analyzing data, identifying the root causes of errors, reducing the rate of defective products (NGs), and improving processes to increase productivity.
  • New Product Development (NPI): Collaborating with the R&D department or customers to bring new products into mass production (testing, evaluation).
  • Monitoring and Technical Support: Monitoring the production line, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining jigs and machinery.
  • Reporting and Management: Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity and quality.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Graduated from college or higher with a major in engineering and automation.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a PE Engineer in a manufacturing company (candidates with experience in electronics companies are preferred).
  • Proficient in English or Chinese communication.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
