How You'll Make an Impact
We are seeking a highly data-driven and results-oriented Conversational AI Specialist to lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of our AI-powered conversational agents. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in telesales/sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate winning sales strategies into structured conversational flows for AI.
What You'll Do
Design Conversational Flows:
- Build detailed workflow and s, talk tracks, tone, timing, objections, offers) from frontline teams and external benchmarks.
- Distill insights into playbooks and reusable prompt patterns the AI can learn from; maintain a versioned knowledge base.
- Coach internal teams on how to brief, test, and improve Conversational AI agents.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure Conversational AI design is aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with compliance and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to guidelines.
Must-Have:
- 2+ years as a top‑performing telesales/sales rep (e.g., top 5–10% by conversion/revenue) with proven objection‑handling and closing skills.
- High EQ: reads customer signals, adapts tone, de‑escalates, and builds trust quickly.
- Exceptional language ability (clear, concise, persuasive; excellent grammar and micro‑copy).
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to formalize messy sales know‑how into structured flows, rules, variables, and templates.
- Demonstrated a learn‑fast attitude and optimization mindset (A/B testing, data‑driven iteration).
- Product ownership fundamentals: writing crisp user stories/AC, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT, and go‑live readiness.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Conversational AI platforms or chatbot frameworks.
- Knowledge of customer journey design and sales funnel optimization.
