- Execute and monitor operating expenses;
- Control and prepare monthly reports on expenses and fixed assets;
- Source, negotiate, and purchase office supplies and stationery;
- Guide departments on document storage and maintain proper records;
- Supervise administrative staff (cleaners, security, drivers, etc.);
- Liaise with colleagues and external partners to prepare contracts;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management, Managers, or Team Leaders;
