Positions Open:

• 01 Senior Associate (4–5 years of experience)

• 02 Experienced Associates (1+ year of experience)

• 02 Interns (Final-year students or fresh graduates)

Location: 9th Floor, Detech II Building, No. 107 Nguyen Phong Sac, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities (Vary by Position Level)

• Review and handle documents, reports, and other project-related materials

• Prepare periodic reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and legal standards

• Collaborate with team members and senior staff to meet client needs and deadlines

• Engage with clients, support issue resolution, and provide tailored consulting services

• Keep up to date with local regulations, tax laws, and business practices

1. Senior Associate : 4–5 years of experience

• Take ownership of assigned client projects and manage workflows

• Lead and mentor junior team members (associates and interns)

• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of reports

• Communicate directly with clients and relevant authorities

• Contribute to strategic consulting services including M&A, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance

2. Experienced Associate : Minimum 1 year of experience

• Perform accounting, tax, or customs-related tasks under supervision of senior staff

• Draft client reports, assist with filings, and handle day-to-day project work

• Support data collection, analysis, and compliance processes

• Actively participate in training sessions and internal knowledge sharing

3. Interns : Final-year students or fresh graduates

• Assist team members in research, documentation, and report preparation

• Support ongoing projects and gain exposure to real client work

• Learn and apply local accounting and tax practices under the guidance of senior mentors

• Possibility to transition to a full-time role after internship

1. Senior Associate : 4–5 years of experience

• Solid practical experience with FDI or local corporate clients

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, LCCI) are a plus

2. Experienced Associate : Minimum 1 year of experience

• 1+ year of experience in accounting, tax, finance, or advisory services

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills

• Willingness to learn and develop in a professional consulting environment

3. Interns : Final-year students or fresh graduates

• Background in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or a related field

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and good communication skills

• Availability for at least 3 months
