Outsourcing Supervisor

• Category management of outsourced finished goods including delivery of KPI not limited to cost, quality, delivery, innovation.
• Commercial term negotiation and improvement such as payment terms, delivery terms.
• Finding new suppliers to introduce into the supply base for both new category inquiries as well as mature category inquiries.
• Collaboration with product management team in Germany about the demands and needs of our outsourced product portfolio.
• Creation of RFQ’s based on collaboration with product management team encompassing the needs of our products.
• Execution of RFQs following company standards and timelines.
• Negotiation of Costs to ensure the best is attained for the company.
• Organizing summaries of RFQs to give feedback to the cross functional team advising clear recommendations based on each supplier’s offering.
• Liaise between suppliers and internal teams to achieve on-time target goals for product launches and introductions.
• Define the supply chain needed to support sales, product management, and operations

Education Required

Bachelors Degree – Preference: Business Management, Supply Chain, International Trade

Experience Required

3 Years Minimum – with experience in strategic sourcing / procurement.

5 Years Preferred – with leadership experience.

Knowledge Required

Knowledge of power products such as chargers and power adapters and their accessories.

Mechanical and Electronic Component Knowledge

Financial Acumen Related to Manufacturing

English Language (it’s the common language used at FRIWO)

Preferred – Mandarin speaking – but not required
