Organizational Development Advisor/Expect

Role Purpose

To enhance organizational performance through the optimization of systems, structures, processes, and people toward sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve the organizational structure, defining functional roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.

• Develop and implement performance assessment and improvement programs to enhance work efficiency and labor productivity.

• Build and refine job title frameworks, organizational levels, and competency standards.

• Develop and implement competency assessment systems.

• Participate in the management and evaluation of KPIs across departments and business units.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.

• At least 5 years of experience in organizational development roles within large-scale corporations of similar sizes

• Strong interpersonal sensitivity and understanding of people.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Strategic thinking and systems thinking.

• Planning and time management skills.

• Proficiency in English (all skills).
