• Oversee the overall office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective business support.

• Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans.
• Establish annual business goals and budgets, monitor execution, and drive continuous performance improvement to achieve targeted results.
• Coordinate and align cross-regional business activities, ensuring effective communication, operational consistency, and successful execution across multiple locations.

• Male or female, under 50 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably inBusiness Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum15 years of experienceinOperations and/or Customer Service, including at least8 years in a Director-level leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, driving business performance, and managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong strategic planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in bothMandarin ChineseandEnglish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
