- Oversee and manage all operational activities within the organization, ensuring smooth business functions.
- Manage the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Develop and maintain operational workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
- Handle tasks related to operational functions such as scheduling, document management, and compliance.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or managing operational activities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Operations management tools.
- Previous experience in operations management or HR functions is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage changing priorities.
