o Support, supervise, and optimize daily store operations.
o Monitor compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and store service standards.
o Work directly with the store manager and staff to ensure service quality, merchandising,
inventory control, and customer experience.
o Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, etc.) to
implement sales programs, promotions, and efficient operations.
o Communicate and work with Chinese partners/suppliers/customers; handle arising operational
issues.
o Prepare periodic operation reports (in Chinese & Vietnamese/English) and propose
improvement solutions for store performance.
o Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
