Officer, Security Admin

Design security trainings and communication materials in conjunction with the Supervisor, Security Coordinator

Monitoring and remind budget planning (CAPEX and OPEX) to security team including support to issue PR for security project, security payment, summarize security expenditure both of accrual and actual.

Promote the security activity and news through the security communication channels (line@, email, digital signage, etc.)

Support to other security requests such as contractor work permit (EQMS), security meeting or training preparation

Coordinate and assist local security coordinators to ensure consistency of security standard and adherence to SLAs

Oversee PPT employee / visitor card issuance and clearance in conjunction with HR meet the required SLA

At least 3 years in administration or related.

Have knowledge in financial or budgetary would be advantage

Have experience and certified about ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, or related standards

Good communication, problem solving skills.

Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
