Odoo Developer (Middle Level)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (both backend and frontend) based on internal or client requirements.

• Participate in business requirement analysis and propose appropriate technical solutions.

• Develop new features or modify existing Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, MRP, HR, etc.).

• Integrate Odoo with other systems via API/web services (REST, XML-RPC).

• Collaborate with relevant departments such as PM, BA, QA, DevOps for project implementation.

• Write technical documentation and basic user guides.

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development (preferably with Odoo version 14 or higher).

• Proficient in Python and familiar with Odoo’s ORM framework.

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and jQuery.

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Experience in MRP, Inventory module is plus.

• Proficient in using Git and platforms such as GitHub/GitLab.

• Experience with Linux OS is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and take initiative.
