Mô tả công việc:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ocean Freight Logistics Coordinator to join our growing supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our ocean freight shipments, ensuring that cargo moves efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with international regulations.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of maritime logistics, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick problem-solving is key.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor ocean freight shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Manage booking arrangements with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and port terminals.
Prepare and review shipping documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and INCOTERMS.
Liaise with customs brokers and relevant parties to ensure smooth clearance processes.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong relationships with carriers and service providers.
Identify and resolve operational issues such as delays, port congestion, and cargo discrepancies.
Handle shipment-related claims including damage, delays, and insurance matters.
Maintain accurate data in logistics systems and ensure proper documentation records.
Prepare reports on shipment performance, costs, and operational KPIs.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean freight, freight forwarding, or logistics.
Good communication skills in English & Vietnamese; Chinese is a must.
Strong knowledge of ocean shipping, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures.
Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take on challenges.
High integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
