Chi Tiết Công Việc

Ensure smooth and accurate service delivery by effectively coordinating service orders & contracts, logistics, service execution, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Oversee & execute the complete external service order lifecycle and service contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
Verify and reconcile order details against quotes, preparing contracts and supporting documentation.
Enter and monitor orders in SAP, tracking status to ensure readiness for delivery.
Coordinate with logistics and planners to enable efficient and timely execution of orders.
Collaborate with FSEs and managers to track service progress and manage all related documentation.
Prepare invoices and submit required documents promptly, ensuring accurate order closure.
Support collections by reminding customers of overdue payments and working with Sales to resolve issues.
Maintain precise records and update files related to contracts and service orders.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution.
Facilitate onboarding and training for new users, ensuring smooth adoption of procedures and systems.
