1.Platform Management:

Manage product listings and removals, inventory tracking, campaign registrations
Resolve platform issues and optimize store appearance
Coordinate with suppliers to update product information

2.Livestream Coordination:

Develop livestream scripts and manage real-time host–audience interactions
Monitor streaming data and handle on-the-spot issues
Record and organize video replays

3.Social Media Content Production:

Daily content updates on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook
Edit videos and create original content
Analyze performance and optimize content strategy

4.KOL Management:

Source KOLs, sign agreements, and manage promotions
Plan budgets and track campaign effectiveness
Handle feedback, resolve issues, and renew contracts

5.Product Review & Feedback Handling:

Coordinate product testing and review videos
Manage user reviews and respond to negative feedback
Improve review strategy for better brand trust

6.Private Traffic & Data Operations:

Grow private domain user base via groups and messaging
Tag user data, generate daily performance reports
Support cross-team data requirements and optimize strategies

Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook platform rules
Essential Design & Video Tools:

+Image Design Tools: Canva Pro (template library), Figma (collaboration), Remove.bg (background removal), ETC.

+ AIImage Generation: Midjourney, DALL·E (built-in in ChatGPT), Freepik, ETC.

+Video Editing Tools: CapCut (short-form video), Canva Video Editor, ETC.

+AI Video Generation: Pictory.ai (script-to-video), Synthesia.ai (virtual presenter), ETC.

Understanding of KOL workflows and data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets)
Experience with private domain tools (Zalo group management, CRM systems)
Preferred: experience in mother & baby products, livestreaming, or social content creation
No strict degree requirement — skills over credentials
