- Worktime: From Monday to Saturday morning (8:00 - 17:00, with an hour for lunch break)
- Understand product (rooms, price, promotions and policies) and other hotel services.
- Input all the reservations over the OTA channels, direct bookings... and accurately attach into PMS (Smile - a property management system).
- Process all reservations requests, modifications or cancellations received by OTA channels, direct booking,...
- Follow up on all customers' requests, ensure to respond and update for related departments.
- Get ETA & information of all customers upon the arrival and up-selling of rooms/service if any, then input to PMS.
- Update the tariff and promotion for corporate partners/travel agencies upon requests.
- Follow tentative booking, waiting list, etc. and deposit/payment on trace list.
- Check the arrival bookings daily and monthly.
- Other duties assigned by leaders.
-At least 6 months experience in Reservation for hotel
- Age: from 1998 to 2002 (Vietnamese)
- Follow the hotel’s and department’s regulations- Always polite, courteous, and willing to assist guests and colleagues
- Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, honest, and cooperative
- Able to communicate in English
- Capable of working under high pressure
- Candidates with experience in Reservation are preferred
