B. Main responsibilities:
The role is responsible to Compensation & Benefit Operations both cyclical and adhoc request, which includes but not limited to the following:
• Annual Compensation Cycle (Salary Range Setting, Merit Increase, Annual Incentive)
• Salary and Benefits Survey Participation & Benchmarking
• Insurance & Benefits Review and Renewal
• Policy Writing and creating corresponding guidelines and communication for implementation
• Manage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices (including but not limited to Salary Surveys, Benefits Renewal, Comp & Ben Analysis, HR Policy).
• Possess comprehensive understanding of Salary & Benefits implementation in relation to Local Labor Law & Statutory.
• Strong in Data Analytics and Insight.
• Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
