We are currently seeking a candidate with extensive experience in Merchandising (MT) operations for our Marketing division.
The ideal candidate will have strong connections with buyers in various MT channels and a solid understanding of the strategies required to make effective proposals to them.
【Job Detail】
- Identify, establish, and strengthen connections with buyers and key decision-makers in MT channels (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores, hypermarkets).
- Conduct market research to understand buyer needs, trends, and competitor activities within the MT sector.
- Develop and propose effective go-to-market strategies tailored to each MT buyer and channel.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Japanese corporate clients to plan and execute localized marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end client projects, from strategy development to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product placement, promotions, and marketing activities in MT channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.

- Bachelor or Master Degree
- More than 5 years experience of Sales & Marketing Manager in MT especially food section
- Can make & rovide strategic plan to expand the MT channel
