Mechanical Engineer (Pre Sales)

3Design Technologies are always looking to expand our engineer team and require a Mechanical Engineer (Pre Sales) to be a part of our dynamic team with the skills to showcase the ideas and solutions to our prospects and existing customers.

We are looking for candidate for our Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi office.

Job Responsibility:

3Design Technologies is looking for Mechanical Engineer (Pre Sales) who wants to excel as a Technical Expert in the field of Modern Engineering Technologies.

• Provide software demonstration of the SOLIDWORKS Products to customers

• Provide Technical Support (email & phone) for SOLIDWORKS and related products to the customers.

• Work closely with Sales team to provide SOLIDWORKS CAD solution to customers.

• Deliver comprehensive trainings on SOLIDWOKRS CAD and related products.

• Willingness to learn and provide demo on Additive manufacturing using the inhouse 3D printers.

• Write technical articles (blogs) and create videos on different products to publish in the company’s social media pages.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Aerospace/Mechatronics related courses.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in using SOLIDWORKS is required for this position.

• Basic English understanding is required.

• Professional Presentation and Instruction skills are required.
