M&E Site Engineer (Good English) | Salary: 30 - 80 Million VND [28626 - Ba Dinh District, Hanoi]

• Coordinate MEPF disciplines with the construction team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and combined shop drawings.
• Identify and resolve technical conflicts using engineering tools and software.
• Ensure all works comply with Vietnamese regulations (QCVN, TCVN) and international standards.
• Propose Value Engineering solutions to optimize project performance and costs.
• Support Quantity Surveying (QS), construction supervision, schedule management, and quality control.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily on-site activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Working schedule may vary depending on project requirements.)

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection (MEPF) or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site engineering or related fields.
• Strong ability to coordinate MEP systems with construction activities.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, and combined drawings.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Technical Regulations (QCVN, TCVN) and international standards.
• Experience in Value Engineering, Quantity Surveying (QS), construction supervision, schedule control, and quality management.
• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Preferred: Upper-Intermediate English and experience working for Japanese MEP or construction companies.
