Build and implement point-of-sale display programs, install advertising materials, and execute brand activation programs to ensure the company’s products achieve stronger visibility compared to competitors.
Monitor and evaluate POSM display activities (POSM includes all supporting materials used at retail stores, fairs, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness) and advertising campaigns according to the planned schedule.
Plan campaigns and manage social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Directly develop and produce content for media channels.
Schedule and publish posts while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Manage interactions, directly respond to followers, and oversee the company’s online communities.
Coordinate with KOLs and partners for marketing activities.
Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Perform other tasks assigned and directed by the Board of Directors.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience
Good understanding and practical use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Ability to create ideas and develop engaging content
Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, and Photoshop are an advantage
Ability to communicate in English
