Position Overview:
We are presently seeking an energetic and innovative individual to join EIY as a marketing intern. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a budding marketer to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, from content creation to campaign analysis.
Responsibilities:
·Brand analysis (10%): Research topics related to the industry in which EIY operates. Gather information from sources such as customer interviews, academic articles, industry publications, and the internet to create relevant materials for the job.
·Social media & SEO knowledge (10%): Research keywords and understand SEO techniques to enhance web traffic effectiveness.
·Idea and content development (30%):
- Develop content according to the company's marketing strategy.
- Draft detailed content tailored to each strategic objective to improve engagement with target customers.
- Write clear and attractive copy for social media posts.
·Image ideation (30%):
- Work alongside digital and designers to generate the social asset creation from the ideas, all the way through to delivery to support lead performance.
- Work alongside digital and video editors to generate video projects from concept, planning, storyboard, to completion.
- Participate in the process of taking photos and shooting video clips, including arranging composition and adjusting lighting appropriately.
·Content management (10%): Bring on-trend execution ideas, and stay on top of current social trends.

Qualifications:
·Writing skills:Demonstrate professional writing skills with proficiency in diverse and fluent language usage. Ability to write on various topics.
·Creativity and content design: Possess creativity in content design with clear outlines and messages. Develop high-quality ideas that capture the reader’s interest.
·Responsibility and pressure management: Take responsibility for the job, handle pressure effectively, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
·Customer messaging integration: Skillfully integrate customer-oriented messages into communication campaigns. Guide and persuade customers to choose the company’s services and products.
·Idea to content conversion: Ability to translate personal ideas into content through text or images.
·Social media management: Have skills and experience in managing social media platforms.
·Independent and collaborative work: Capable of working independently and collaborating flexibly.
·Attention to detail and trend awareness: Demonstrate responsibility, meticulous work habits, and an acute awareness of social trends.
