Market Development - Technical Support (Polyme Pu, Tiếng Anh Thông Thạo)

Polymer Development & Formulation

• Design polymers according to specific customer requests and market requirements, present development proposals to customers, and propose them
• Create applications that exist in the market based
• Propose products to meet user needs

Customer Technical Support

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for product testing and application development.

• Work closely with sales and technical service teams to understand customer needs and translate them into R& projects.

• Provide customized solutions and recommendations based on product testing and performance analysis.

Application & Product Testing

• Hear about the lab-scale test content required by users and request to carry out the tests

Regional & Global Collaboration

• Work with regional R&D teams to support international customers and share technical knowledge across markets.

• Participate in global development projects and technology transfers, as required.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain detailed records of experiments, procedures, and results in compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental protocols in all laboratory activities

• Undergraduate: BS in Polymer Synthesis / Polymer Chemistry
• Specialty/Experience: Polyurethane chemistry
• Language: English business level
• Can work independently and with team.
• Experience/network/interest in manufacturing industries: food, rubber/tires, plastics/automotive, plastics/building materials (plastic pallet, wood plastics, water tank, etc.), and/or paint/coating/adhesive.

• Experienced and willing to go domestic and overseas business trip.
