Manual Quanlity Assurance Tester (Web Applications)

* Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web applications to ensure they meet high-quality standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities in English.

* Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web applications to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Report and track defects, ensuring their resolution in collaboration with the development team.
• Conduct functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.
• Review and analyze system requirements to create detailed test cases.
• Ensure that web applications meet business and technical requirements.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of test results and defect reports.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the usability and functionality of the applications.

• Experience:1-3 years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
• Technical Skills:Knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Attention to Detail:Ability to identify and document software defects accurately.
• Analytical Thinking:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaboration:Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Tools:Experience using bug-tracking tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Basic Understanding of Web Technologies:Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools is a plus.
• Adaptability:Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.

*Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Exposure to API testing and database validation (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Understanding of cross-browser and responsive testing.
