Chi Tiết Công Việc

Engineering function
- Establish, operate, and continuously improve the Production Engineering system across production lines.
- Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams in managing production line 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and resolving technical issues.
- Communicate with product principal on new model project.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage manufacturing activities for new model launches.
- Provide technical support to Production Department on process’s Method, Machine, Material and Man (4M), for Quality, Cost & Time (QCT) improvements.
- Liaise with Government Liaison, Sales & Marketing and After-Sales on production and technical matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure that activities of the department and staffs are in line with the company's goal and core value.
Homologation
- Assist Government Liaison in vehicle homologation processes, including:

Production Planning
- Monitor ordering and delivery of CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and localized parts.
- Ensure accurate and timely allocation of VIN and engine numbers.
Localization
- Plan and drive localization strategies for all models.
Develop and manage local supplier parts to improve cost efficiency and supply chain stability.

Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive engineering includes new model launches, vehicle homologation, and production operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.
Strong knowledge of CKD assembly process, 4M Management, New Model Launch, Automotive Quality System.
Excellent in logical analysing skill.
Fluency in English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
Good communication skill with internal and external parties.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office & AutoCAD).
