Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist ($1100, ID20107)

  • Coordinate and monitor sea, air, trucking, customs, and express shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and operational procedures.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with carriers, agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Prepare operational reports and support process improvements.
  • Assist in implementing SOPs, operational policies, and training activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male/Female, age: under 40 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
  • Good at English
  • Strong knowledge of sea/air freight, trucking, and customs procedures.
  • Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
