Mô tả công việc:

• Receive and process shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and vendors to arrange shipments, pickups, and deliveries.

• Prepare and verify documentation such as shipping labels, customs declarations, and invoices.

• Monitor the status of shipments in transit, keeping clients informed about their cargo's progress.

• Address any issues that may arise during transportation, such as delays, rerouting, or customs clearance problems.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments.

• Preparing and submitting required customs documentation to facilitate smooth clearance.

• Communicate with shipping carriers, trucking companies, airlines, and other service providers to coordinate transportation and resolve any logistical issues.

• Plan and optimize the routing of shipments to minimize transit times and costs.

• Procure and negotiate rates from shipping lines/consolidators/suppliers and vendors for all export and import shipments.

• Assist in quoting the rates to the Sales team or clients for their freight requirements timely.

• Operate and maintain Sales systems and/or other quotation system management and support.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on shipment status, expected delivery times, and any potential issues.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise during the transportation process.

• Collaborate with other teams to find solutions to unexpected delays or disruptions.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documentation.

• Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly and can be readily accessed for reference or audit purposes.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safe handling of cargo and compliance with industry standards.

• Make internal reports that comply with company procedures to the management.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.


Yêu cầu công việc:

• Experienced user of MS Office applications.

• Experienced in shipping operation, logistic and transportation business.

• Good English language ability.

• Diploma of Polytechnic or College above degree.

• Business writing skills.

• Communication skills to protect company’s interests.

• Ability to cope well with pressure and work to deadlines.

• Mandarin language ability is a plus.
