Logistic Staff (Export Operation)

Working time: Monday to Friday (8AM - 17:45PM)

(1) BROAD SCOPE:

- Ocean Freight Forwarding jobs

- Operation jobs for Ocean Export shipments

(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Receiving export orders from customer as shipping schedule

- Booking with carriers, forwarders for securing or getting spaces.

- Preparing shipping documents accordingly like Shipping Instruction, checking draft B/L

- Follow up with shipment status until cargo arrived destination

- Follow up with payment procedure in cooperation with billing teams.

- Cooperate with inland trucking team for arrange empty container gate in factory.

- Ensure that documents are properly filed and archived

- Attend to customer enquiries and orders

(3) REQUIREMENTS:

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

- University/College graduated in business/economics/finance/trade related fields

(b) EXPERIENCE:

- One year at least in logistics or related fields should be favourable.

(c) SKILLS:

- Computer: Office appliances, system processing

- Foreign language: English speaking & writing fair
