Senior Import Specialist (Logistics)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Import Specialist (Logistics, $900, ID18271):

• Prepare documentation for cross-border truck import, including customs clearance and inspection.
• Manage and verify LSP’s pre-alerts; coordinate delivery planning.
• Issue debit notes based on contract rates for C/C (customs clearance) processes.
• Coordinate with LSPs and customers’ Purchasing/Logistics teams for urgent delivery requirements.
• Handle booking for single trucks and combined shipments.
• Manage irregularities, ensuring timely resolution and smooth operation.
• Provide support for air and ocean shipments.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.

• Male/Female. Under 40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Have 03 years of experience related to import, in charge of domestic and international Air - Sea - Truck goods for Logistics companies
• Fluent in English
