Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Logistics Staff Outsourcing)

Office location: Samsung SDS, ALSB Logistics Building, YP6 Street, Yen Phong Industrial Park, Yen Phong, Bac Ninh (same building as Yen Phong Custom Office)

Working time: Monday to Friday

- Shuttle bus from Hanoi, Đông Anh, Bắc Ninh

(1) BROAD SCOPE:

- International / local freight settlement jobs

- Preparing the contract, supporting documents

(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support to create LSP code, Customer code.

- Preparing the contract, supporting documents for new customer and extend for old customer.

- Checking and closing logistics fee with LSP.

- Creating EA & upload invoice on cello system, submit invoice to accounting team.

- Upload bills on cello system.

- Working location: Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

- University graduated in Business/Economics/Finance

(b) EXPERIENCE:

- Oper for fresher graduated from Logistics/SCM major or other majors and have at least in logistics Company

(c) SKILLS:

- Computer: Excellent computer sills (Excel, Power point)

-Intermediate Englishcommunication, writing and speaking
