Legal Specialist

1. Execute his/ her assigned tasks of Legal Section as below with exhibiting expertise:

1.1 Licenses and Certificates

• Follow up closely the management list and requests for Business Licenses of the Branches to ensure application on time.

• Follow up closely and apply for the Licenses/Certificate as assigned by Manager.

1.2 Contracts

Handle contract review for Departments/Sections in the Company as assigned by Manager.

1.3 Legal Consultancy

Research relevant law stipulations and consult on issues arising from various activities of the Company.

1.4 Other tasks:

• Compose official letters and reports to authorities in both Vietnamese and English.

• Work with authorities to apply for Licenses/Certificates or other related matters as assigned by Manager.

• Update and analyze new Law as assigned by Manager.

• Support digital transformation of Legal activities.

• Draft, amend, consult on internal Regulations of Company.

2. Coordinate the work of others in the team to complete the assigned tasks.

3. Collaborate and coordinate with other team(s) to complete assigned tasks.

4. Guide and support junior team members, provide them with on-the-job training.

5. Understand Legal Section’s target.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in the law field such as investment, enterprise, sales and purchasing, marketing, preferably in legal in-house especially in manufacturing Companies;

• Have general knowledge of Vietnamese laws;

• Ability to analyze and generalize to give accurate judgment;

• Have good English skills;

• Careful, Honest, Responsible.

WORKING TIME:

Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M

WORKING PLACE:

Ajinomoto Viet Nam (Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province)
