Chi Tiết Công Việc

Monitor and assess corrosion risks in equipment, piping, tanks, and structures.
Recommend and implement corrosion prevention and mitigation solutions.
Support inspection, maintenance, and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs.
Investigate corrosion-related failures and provide corrective actions.
Review material selection for new projects, repairs, and modifications.
Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support to Operations and Maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Materials Engineering, Corrosion Engineering, Asset Integrity, or related fields.
Experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, chemical processing, or heavy industrial facilities is preferred.
Preferred Certifications: NACE Certified Corrosion Engineer, API 580 (Risk-Based Inspection), API 571 (Damage Mechanisms), NACE CP Level 2, NACE CIP Level 2, Relevant leadership or supervisory training.
Technical Competencies: Knowledge of corrosion mechanisms, metallurgy, materials degradation, and failure analysis. Familiarity with inspection techniques, RBI methodologies, and asset integrity management systems. Experience with coatings, cathodic protection, corrosion monitoring, and corrosion mitigation technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in industrial environments.
Language & Computer Skills: Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and engineering-related software.

Allowances: Housing, transportation (shuttle bus within 25km), and free meals during shifts.
Probation: 2 months with 100% salary.
Bonuses: 13th-month salary (applicable after 3 months, including probation) and annual performance-based salary review.
